We are proud to be your exclusive food service provider. To better serve you, all orders must be submitted in the catering portal no less than 96  hours (business day) prior to the event date.

Before placing your order, please reserve your event space through University Events to obtain a Room Reservation ID number. For further assistance, please feel free to contact the catering department directly and one of our team members will be more than happy to assist you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who is permitted to use the Student menu?

A: Only student financially responsible organizations and related functions may take advantage of this pricing.  An extra charge for labor may be added for functions held outside normal hours of operation or exceed our labor force. All of the following are served on disposable products with appropriate condiments.

Q: “What does my order come with?”
A: “All food orders come with all necessary serving utensils and proper vessels to maintain food at a suitable temperature”

Q: “Do you provide Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, or Nut-Free options?”
A: Yes! Stevens Catering is a full-service department that caters to all needs of our clients

Q: “Do you provide kosher items?”
A: Yes. Any orders that require kosher items must be submitted 5 days in advance in order to follow appropriate guidelines regarding the kosher process.

Q: “What happens if I would like something different, and not necessarily the items listed on the e-cater website?
A: Steven's catering provides custom menus upon request. A member of the catering team will assist you in creating a custom menu that fits your event’s needs.
